　_ 建築、内装、展覧会、家具、造園等の企画、設計、監理およびコンサルティング業務

設計監理料
　_ 原則として、国土交通省告示98号に定める算定方式に準ずるものとします。
　_ 総工事費の10%〜15%程度が目安となります。
　_ 規模や予算に合わせて柔軟に対応いたしますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
　_ 構造設計料、設備設計料、土地測量、地盤調査費用、確認申請費用等は設計監理料に含みません。
